12. Marketing Plan: Pricing
Charge will be set at Tk 50 for base price till three hours from one station to another. After
that the fare will increase according to the time used which is taka 20 with each
additional hour. When customers ride from one station and also return the cycle to
the same station, they will be charged with 30 taka as a base fare for one hour. After
that, with each additional hour the fare will be 15 Tk. But if anyone rents a bicycle for
the entire day, they may be charged at a different rate from which rider can get 15%
discount from regular price.
13. Marketing Plan: Distribution
The Bicycle stands will be in Dhanmondi, Motijheel, Bailyroad, Gulshan, Banani
and Baridhara. There will be a caretaker in every stand. After confirming, the
caretaker will give the rider a bicycle. In this way Future Bicycle Bangladesh will
be distributing their bicycle to the different busiest place of Dhaka city.
15. Marketing Plan: Service Forecast
Initially, we will provide service by 100 bicycles at six points of Dhaka city which we have
mentioned earlier with a expectation of 250 rides per day. Within six months we can expand this
market by adding more areas. For example, we can add six more areas to this service.
Approximately, after 2 years we will provide this service outside the Dhaka city as it is an
environment and economic friendly service
16. Marketing Plan: Controls
Future Bicycle Bangladesh will control all its procedures from the Head office at Uttara.
Whenever a customer will ask for a bicycle and pay for it, the records will go directly to the
