This document summarizes a court order granting the plaintiff's motions for voluntary dismissal and remand. The plaintiff sought to voluntarily dismiss claims against one defendant, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), which was the sole basis for federal jurisdiction. With TVA dismissed, the plaintiff requested the remaining claims be remanded to state court. The court applied Rule 41(a)(2) and granted voluntary dismissal as TVA did not claim it would suffer legal prejudice, and the other defendants would not either. This eliminated federal jurisdiction so the court also granted remand of the remaining claims to state court.
