AIG Higher Education Risk Solutions Medical Malpractice Insurance protects insureds with:
• Primary professional/general liability limits up to $1 million each medical incident or occurrence and $3 million annual aggregate
• Excess & umbrella limits up to $25 million each medical incident or occurance and $25 million annual aggregate
• Claims made professional liability insurance that applies a broad definition of professional services, including: medical, surgical, dental,
nursing or other health care services, encompassing but not limited to the furnishing of food or beverages in connection with such services; the
practice of nuclear medicine; the furnishing or dispensing of drugs or medical, dental or surgical supplies or appliances; and the handling or
treatment of deceased human bodies, including, but not limited to, autopsies, organ donation or other procedures
• Claims made professional liability and claims-made or occurrence general liability coverage that includes bodily injury, property damage,
personal and advertising injury
• Defense costs can be covered inside or outside limits
• Minimum premium of $50,000; minimum deductible SIR or $10,000
