Regi Allen presents a proposal for FUNKD TV, a digital media collective that would curate and remix alternative content created by producers of color. It would develop interstitial shows, curate content by genre and individual creators, and engage audiences through events, social media, a website and mobile app. The goal is to partner with networks and brands to distribute the content across platforms and devices to expand the representation of people of color in media.
