Secret Stables Ranch is a business dedicated to serving brides who want a rustic venue for their
wedding day. We provide our customers with all inclusive products and services to ensure that
brides and their families can have a wide range of options to choose from. The number one
problem that our company faces is how to reach out to potential brides who do not know that a
venue such as Secret Stables exists. The wedding industry can be described as a trial and error
market because there is only one chance to make the day perfect. We have experienced market
researchers on our staff educated in demographic segmentation that target women who will
benefit the most from our services. Assuming that business goes well in the first months, the
ranch can expect to host an average of forty weddings per year that would generate a $198,000
sales revenue and once all other expenses are paid, be left with $85,000 in profit. Being a small
business, capital is important to raise for startup costs. We are looking for $5,000 to purchase
supplies and begin construction on new facilities. We believe that OFD Consulting will be a
great investor in our company because of our innovative marketing strategies that will bring in
substantial profit. A five percent interest rate will be added to the $5,000 and the money can be
