The Project “Marketing Strategies of premium products of coca-cola” was designed on the lines of basic investment decisions to be taken by the senior officials of coca-cola for the purpose of amendments in the pre-existing distribution network in order to review and strengthen the routes. The findings of the project are very crucial for the increment of the market share of coca-cola in the Kanpur Beverage Market.
Though the process is an ongoing one the decisions have to be taken on a strong base, supported by facts and figures and that too on papers. This support can only be provided with the help of an extensive and thorough analysis of the market and the data collected thereof.
The objectives of the project were delivered to us express sly by the Marketing Development Co-ordinator who was the lead or the project head and we had to submit the day report to him along with the draft report. While surveying the organizations for analyzing the problems and prospects of industrial potato
in Bangladesh by the Global Agro Resources Incorporation. I have noticed some of ambiguities
in the market, they are –
for the product we noticed that –
As Bangladesh is going to face economical crisis in near future, so the product of industrial
potato absence the desired capacity to capture the economical condition in order to meet the
future demand of food and economical development.
The product is not always easily bearable. The message of Global Agro Resources Incorporation
product industrial potato in some cases isn’t clear to the customer or our people. Even it is export
their product in 15 countries.
Global Agro production is medium level, Marketing & Sales structure, HR & Admin department
and Finance & Accounts department is strong and applicable on the different environment.
The prices in some cases fail to fulfill the demand in domestic chores.
One of the reasons of customer knowledge about the product is lack of advertising and frequent
promotional activities in urban, sub-urban & rural area. In urban area customer have few little
knowledge about some particular potato because of short of huge promotional and advertising
activities about the product. The company may do the campaigning and influence the
government for spreading knowledge bout this particular product.
Most of the times for customer, it becomes difficult to choose the right decision to purchase this
new product. But when customers are known about the product and they realize the product test
then they would be use to and encourage.
