PROFILE
I am a strategic designer with a special interest and experience in the energy sector, mainly doing customer
centric innovation. My areas of expertise are design research and service design. My ambition is to deepen
my knowledge about the energy transition and to design new services that have a positive impact on the
environment.

During this project I improved my qualitative research, service design, stakeholder management and
prototyping skills. I also gained valuable knowledge and insights about the energy system for residential
