1. 1) PATENTED HEAT GENERATOR built the following European regulation EN
416 in compliance with the gas directive 90/396 CEE and having the
certification "CE" Number 51BM207,51BM2075, also the same is in
conformity to the electrical low tension directive73/23/CEE and to the
directive EMC 89/336/CEE, complete of :
- Combustion chamber in stainless steel, resistant to high temperatures and to all
corrosive agents which are present during combustion;
- Recirculation and mixing carrying fluid chamber in stainless steel, resistant to
high temperatures and to all corrosive agents which are present during
combustion;
- Motor suitable for use with high temperatures, complete of extra cooling fans;
triphase supply 400 V 50 Hz to 4 poles IP 55 for models: GSR300.1 A-H-HC.
Monophase supply for motor 230 V 50 Hz IP 55 for models GSR 50.1A-H, GSR
100.2A-H-HC, GSR 100.1 A-H-HC, GSR 100.1E A-H-HC, GSR 150 A-H-HC and
GSR 200.1 A-H-HC;
- Corrosion resistant steel rotor, with high efficiency and low energy consume
reverse blades;
- Safety Thermostat calibrated in the factory during the final testing, with manual
reset for the automatic switching off of the generator in case of the exceeding of
the normal working temperatures of the radiating belts;
- Control thermostat, adjustable 100- 290 °C, with automatic reset for the control
of the superficial temperature of the radiating belts ;
- Regulating thermostat of the radiating belt superficial temperature. ;
- Post-combustion thermostat for the recirculation of the hot fluid inside the
radiating belts with a switched off burner, with no-condensation function;
- Active safety device with differential pressostat, to control the depression of the
heating circuit ;
- Electrical control panel in enclosed compartment, protection degree IP 65 for
external use, complete of :
- Electronic device for the correct connection of the phases 300.1A-H-HC, to
prevent any damage to the ventilators and the thermal groups due to
mistakes of incorrect connection during ignition and following any
possible subsequent work carried out on the electrical lines of the
buildings;
Electrical connections mounted on din bars, in specific terminal boards,
numbered to facilitate any maintenance operation ;
2) "ECOMIX" Burner in conformity with the gas directive 90/396 CEE having
certification CE type 0049 AQ833-834 functioning in depression ,
formed by a series of little air stream gas burners in enamelled steel ariable from
7 to 21, according to the power that must be developed, to have the best mixing
of air and gas and to obtain very limited polluting emission CO < 50 ppm to 3 %
of O2 (see test rep.) complete of :
- Electronic flame control device with homologated ionisation;
- homologated gas solenoid valves complete with filter and stabiliser;
- gas ramp in conformity with UNI-CIG and CEE;
- air depressostat to control the comburent air ;
2. - gas pressostat to switch the burner off, in the event of substantial falls in
pressure ;
- proportional functioning modulating gas or, proportional functioning
modulanting gas/air.

4) RADIATING BELT High Quality, composed of standard modules from 6 m and 3
m ( also made to measure length) certified and tested in the factory,
composed of a supporting frame made in galvanised steel profiles, where the
tubes which are fixed to it work in an independent way from the supporting
structure, to last longer in the years, everything packed, protected from
damages, fitted with all accessories, ready for assembly in the buildings.
Each unit is composed of :
- one or two emitting tubes in anticorrosion spiral aluminised steel of 200/300 mm
in diam.;
- Anticorrosion aluminised steel joints;
- Top and side insulation with sturdy panels in high density fibreglass, covered by
specular aluminium, in conformity with present regulation ;
- Lateral flashing strips in pre-painted steel sheet, fixed to the supporting grey
frames, to hold the insulating material and to limit the side irradiation;
- The joints are made using flange.
- expanders with a stainless steel core and telescopic opening, external covering
with double layer air tight bellows, made in fibre ceramic material, resistant to
high temperatures ;
- Superficial treatment of the emitting tubes with special red high resistant silicone
resin based varnish .

COMPONENTS AND ACCESSORIES
6) RS485/232 - SGCK converter, interface board to connect the generator network
(connected pursuant
to standard RS485) to a serial port of a PC (RS232); complete with self-
stabilized internal supply. Q.ty 1
3. 8) Probe to be positioned inside the building, complete with selector with key to select
the operating mode (OFF, MAN, AUTO). In MAN mode it is possible to control the
temperature by means of the trimmer located on the round probe (excluding the digital
control). Q.ty 1
9) FRANET control software to control up to 32 GIRAD units: designed to ease and
speed up the control of the system. The user can program the burners and
obtain information about times, set and actual temperatures, operative state of
the generators, alarms, etc.
It enables to read the current state of the whole system and of each burner,
enabling as well remote control of the activities and parameters of the whole
heating system.
It is possible to set no.5 operative programs (time ranges): weekly 1, weekly 2,
custom 1, custom 2, manual.
With the programs “weekly 1 and 2”, the settings are the same for all the
connected generators of the system; 6 daily temperature changes are possible
and they can be different for each day of the week.
The programs “custom 1 and 2” provide maximum flexibility, because it is
possible to assign a full weekly program for each generator.
The FRANET application includes a section called “statistics” which stores all
system operation data. For each generator the total operation time in hours and
minutes, the number of locks, the operation time at
maximum power and minimum power in hours and minutes; this data can be
