Fourzone Décor
Fourzone Décor specializes in interior decoration projects for the
hospitality sector and palaces. The company draws on the expertise of
Fourzone Wood Industries and Fourzone Ezigomo to manage projects
from design to delivery. We also deliver international standard fabrics
through our specialized network of manufacturers. This includes the ability
to manufacture & source highly specialized tailor-made fabrics made of
Trivera, Canicorn and other inherently fire retardant yarn for indoor and
outdoor living spaces.

Dubai Office Fourzone Décor has a design team located in Dubai that understands needs, juxtaposes it on modern trends and
develops inspiring themes to maximize utility, aesthetics and value. The design unit functions as a hub, coordinating
production and manufacturing facilities in Italy, China and Dubai Investment Park.

China Factory Strategically located in the sprawling industrial hub of Guangdong in China is a 90,000 sq. ft.
manufacturing base, fully owned and operated by Fourzone Décor. This mass production facility enables
us to deliver to exacting standards of quality, giving us the edge to turn around projects of any scale
within specified time frames.

17. Italy Factory Our production facilities at Prato in Italy specialize in manufacturing and re-engineering contract quality
fabrics, using internationally fire-rated yarn such as Trivera, Canicorn and others. The production facility is
capable of accommodating even small production runs, besides being able to manufacture fabrics developed
for indoor and outdoor requirements.

18. U.A.E Factory Fourzone Décor has also structured a new state-of-the-art production facility in Dubai Investment Park with
over 150 trained hands committed to international standards of excellence. Multiple divisions, like soft furnishing,
tailoring, carpentry and paint booth, ensure that we are well bestowed to satisfy every client’s needs.

simultaneously addressing the particular needs of a project through customized solutions.

21. Our attention to detail is uncompromising. Our paint booth facility is just a case in point. Creating a dust free, air
controlled drying area we ensure the smoothest and finest paint finish. All paint booths are equipped in such a
way that filtered, dust free air is used while spraying and used air is sucked out through an effective duct system.

23. Sheraton Palace, JubaThe Sheraton Palace Hotel at Juba in South Sudan is a one-of-a-kind hospitality destination that sets itself apart by virtue of its unique location and its exclusive client base.
Fourzone Décor has been awarded the contract for turnkey interior fit out solutions for 197 guestrooms at the prestigious Sheraton Juba hotel in Sudan. The company was
chosen for its ability to develop compelling fit-out solutions in the challenging environment that currently prevails in Sudan. The well-coordinated ambience and creature
comforts span the entire living area, from the floorboards right up to the ceiling, through to furniture, furnishings, accessories, and lighting to provide guests with a unique
and holistic experience.

24. High Crest, IraqThe opportunity to design and build the first five-star hotel at Irbil in Iraq came with a specific set of challenges that stretched Fourzone Décor’s capabilities to the limits. The
prevailing political climate and the resulting outlook for operations made it extremely challenging to deliver a stunning project within a limited timeframe. Fourzone was able
to express the uniqueness of the location, which is being present in the heritage heart of Kurdinstan, through its design. The proportionate use of contemporary materials
with elegant styling, along with mood lighting enabled us to develop a project that addresses the needs of its business and leisure travellers.

25. Lavender Hotel, DubaiFourzone Décor developed the interior concept for the entire hotel consisting of 143 rooms, 120 furnished apartments, public areas such as the lobby, coffee shop, specialty
restaurant and meeting halls. Right from the reception lobby to the all-day dining, specialty restaurant, banquet and conference halls to the health spa and gym, we have
ensured a uniform theme throughout to offer guests an elevated living experience. Our planning, execution and logistical might came to the fore in delivering this project,
3 months ahead of schedule.

26. Towers Rotana, DubaiThe Towers Rotana Hotel in Dubai is a prestigious 5-star hospitality project with a well-established clientele from far-flung corners of the globe. The challenges that came with
a ‘demolish build’ operation of this facility were quite unique and remarkably different from that of building a new hotel. Our management skills and industry knowledge
powered us all the way in handling the refurbishment project with minimum disturbance to current functioning. We tastefully remodeled the 42 furnished apartments,
inclusive of studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments. Our well thought-through approach presents guests with an inviting business ambience, yet cosy and
comfortable personal spaces that enables them to relax and unwind in style.

27. Nobles Hotel,
DohaThe Nobles Hotel in Doha is a 4-star retreat housing over 84
rooms, with facilities and utilities that cater to the business
traveller. In 2012, Fourzone Décor was tasked with designing
and building the project. Key facets that we developed are the
conference and business centre, besides public areas such as
the reception lobby, all-day dining and pool facilities for this
prestigious hotel. The project is now regarded as a piece of art
by travelers and those in the hospitality sector as well.

28. Crowne Plaza, Yas IslandThe Crowne Plaza at Yas Island is a 4-star highlight set along the Yas Links Abu dhabi golf course and is the perfect choice for business and leisure travelers. Fourzone
Décor is proud to have been part of the project team on this elegant gem. All 428 guest rooms and suites for which we have provided world class designer furniture and
soft furnishing stand testament to our commitment to unparalleled aesthetics and quality. The resulting inspirational and chic interiors promises to impress even the most
sophisticated of travelers.

29. Crowne Plaza, AUHThe upscale Crowne Plaza, situated in downtown Abu Dhabi, is the perfect base for business travelers in the dazzling 21st century metropolis. Our goal with this project was
to support the hotel on its core mission of providing perfect and personalized service. Hence, our contribution was not just limited to providing the perfect ambience by
developing designs and implementing executions for all their suites. It also included adding a new dimension to elegance, glamor and opulence for the perfect experience.

30. Grand Millennium Hotel, DubaiThe 3-star Grand Millennium Hotel offers impeccable service and all the essential amenities to invigorate travelers. And all of the 117 furnished apartments that we have
designed exude an atmosphere of total peace and harmony, making one feel right at home. Our operational prowess was also exhibited in executing the design within
stipulated time frames as the hotel was already operational during the period of work. Complete closure was achieved with superior levels of diligence and planning that
resulted in clockwork-like efficiency.
