Kawalan motor yang digunakanadalahkawalan motor forward dan reverse
dimanaterdapatduakawalaniaitumenggunakankawalan automatic dankawalansecara
manual. Kami menggunakan system H bridgeuntukmendapatkan forward dan
reverse motor. Setelahselesaimelakukanpemasangankepada motor kami
akandownloadaturcarakepadaplcuntukmelihatkawalan motor.

Suis start digunakanuntukmemulakanlitardansuis stop (0.02) normaly
closedigunakanuntukmematikanlitar. Apabilasuis start (0.01) di
beribekalankuasaiaakanterusmenghidupkankoil (1.00)
danakanmenghidupkankawalan motor secaraautomatikdimanaapabilakoil (1.02)
dihidupkan timer 1 akanberfungsibagimemusingkan motor secaraforward (100.00)
mengikutjangkamasa yang diberikan. Setelah timer 1
habiskiraanianyaakanmenghidupkan timer 2 dimanaianyaadalah delay kemudian
timer 3 akanberfungsibagimenghidupkan motor secarareverse (100.02).

Untukmelakukanpengujiansecara manual pula suis (0.06)
ditekanuntukmematikankawalan automatic. Apabilasuis (0.06) ditekankoil (1.03)
akanhidupdanmenghidupkankawalan manual
dimanakawalannyaadalahmengunakansuis.
apabilasuis (0.08) dihidupkanmakakoil (1.04) jugahidupuntukforward.Kemudiansuis
stop akandihidupkanuntukmematikanpusingan motor. Setelahitu, suis (0.09)
digunakanuntukmemusingkan motor secarareverse.

Untuk output pula koil (1.04) dan timer 1
disambungkandandiberikanbekalankuasadan output bagikeluaranialah 100.00
bagiforward.
Manakalakoil (1.05) dannormaly close 100.00 dipasangsecaraselari. Timer 2 dankoil
(1.02) disambungkansecarasesiridandisambungsebelumnormaly close 100.00
output bagi reverse pula adalah 100.02.
apabila 100.00 mendapatbekalankuasamakakoilpada relay 1 akan close
menyebabkan motor akanberpusing forward makabilajika 100.02 mendapat supply
makakoilpada relay 2 akan close danmenyebabkan motor akanberpusing reverse.
