Will Walsh is a Senior Associate
in Rawlison Butler’s
Employment Team. Will worked
for one of the top City law firms
for eight years before relocating
to leading regional firm Rawlison Butler. The firm
has its head office in Crawley, West Sussex, and has
other offices in Kings Hill, London and Horsham.
The Employment Team is known for delivering
practical commercial solutions to its clients, giving
clear advice free from legal jargon.
Will offers specialist expertise covering all areas of
employment law, predominately working with
corporate clients but also has the expertise to advise
senior executives. In addition to advising corporate
clients on avoiding and resolving complex legal
issues, company restructures and international issues,
Will has particular experience dealing with the
termination of senior executives. This work regularly
involves advising on the protection of employers’
business interests, confidential information and on
post-termination restrictions.

Stephen Perrin, an experienced ACCA qualified
accountant, has 30 years’ experience in a wide range
of industries from recruitment, estate agency,
manufacturing, retailing, private health care and
management consulting in businesses of all sizes
from start up to multi-national.
He has worked with businesses struggling to thrive,
through recessions, reorganisations, high growth and
ultimately sale. With extensive board experience,
multi-sector experience and multi-disciplinary
experience of functions such as HR and IT, Stephen
is able to make a substantial contribution to any
board, adding value through his depth of experience,
pragmatism and commercial approach.

Junction), turn left. Bridgewood Manor is on your right - However, you have to go around
the roundabout and under the flyover, and the hotel is 50m along on the left hand side.
From the M20
Exit the M20 at J6. Take the A229 towards Chatham. Follow signs for the A2097 Borstal/
Bridgewood. Travel down to the Bridgewood roundabout and take the third exit, under the
flyover. Bridgewood Manor is 50m along on the left hand side.

Take the A229 towards Chatham. Follow signs for the A2097 Borstal/ Bridgewood. Travel down to the Bridgewood roundabout and take the third exit, under the flyover. Bridgewood Manor is 50m along on the left hand side.
