OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, SAFETY AND
ENVIRONMENT (SHE)
Employers are legally and morally bound to provide and
maintain a safe and healthy, risk-free work environment for
employees and visitors to the premises.
FORTE can assist management to comply by:

DISASTER RISK MANAGEMENT

3. STAFF REMUNERATION
Forte complies with the Private Security Industry Sectoral
Determination 6 applicable to the private security
industry. In addition to the basic prescribed wages, Forte
remunerates its staff through allowances and
financial awards.
LIABILITY INSURANCE
FORTE is covered by Public Liability Insurance to the value
of R2 million per incident.
