Manager
 Shall assume full responsibility for ensuring quality assured
assessment services, objectivity, confidentiality, and integrity of
assessment conducted in the assessment center and by the
competency assessor.
 Shall be accountable for the confidentiality of all assessment-related
documents which shall not be reproduced and disseminated in any
form.
 Evaluates Self-Assessment Guide and the application.
 Responsible for the presence of the processing officer and TESDA
representative.
 Ensures that all equipment tools, supplies, and materials are available
before the conduct of the assessment.
 Prepares the letter of appointment of the competency assessor after the
approval of the provincial director.
 Turns over the accomplished SAG and Application form of the
candidates to the competency assessor including the attendance
sheet
 Signs and issues candidates’ copies of CARS to each candidate after
the assessment process.
 Checks the consistency of entries in the assessment result column in
the RWAC against the Rating Sheet and CARS
 Submit the assessment documents to the TESDA Representative
after the assessment.
 Pays honorarium to the competency assessor according to the
breakdown of TESDA Board promulgate rates
Cashier
 Issue official receipts to the applicant, assessment fee collected
shall be in accordance with TESDA-approved assessment fees.
 Deposit all collections.
 Prepare monthly report of collection.
Processing
Officer
 Shall be responsible for the completeness, correctness, and
accuracy of information and timeliness of processing of
assessment-related documents.
 Shall review and evaluate the completeness and correctness of
the documents endorsed by the Provincial Office
 Shall facilitate encoding of correctness and complete applicant
profile in the T2MIS to generate Unique Learners Identification.
 Shall register the candidates in the assessment schedule
created and approved by the PO.
 Prints and signs 3 copies of RWAC.
Computer
Operator
 Keep the DVR inside a locked compartment to avoid intrusion,
destruction or unauthorized access thereof.
 Assume full responsibility in complying with the DATA privacy act
requirement on the collection, processing, retention, and disposal of
personal data under their custody.
 Prohibit the use of personal information, materials, or knowledge
secured as a result of the CCTV recording for any commercial
purpose.
 Safeguard to protect the computer network against accident,
unlawful or unauthorized usage, any interference which will affect
data integrity or hinder the functioning or availability of the system,
and unauthorized access through an electronic network.
 Ensure and maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and resilience of
their processing system and services.
 Monitor regularly for security breaches, and a process both for
identifying and accessing reasonably foreseeable vulnerabilities in
computer networks, and for taking preventive, corrective, and
mitigating action against security incidents that can lead to a
personal data breach.
 Restore the availability and access to personal data in a timely
manner in the event of a physical or technical incident.
 Encrypt personal data during storage, authentic process, and
other technical security measures that control and limit access.
 Submit regularly the CCTV footage during the conduct of the
assessment to TESDA Provincial Focal

 Acts as contact points for all agency or organizational
personnel
 Keeps lists of agencies and personnel representing
the person, agency, or organization.
 Do other related tasks as may be assigned.
