This document is a form for reporting the transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle. Part I is for the previous owner (transferor) to provide their details, details of the vehicle, and to declare that they have sold the vehicle and handed over documentation to the new owner. Part II is for the new owner (transferee) to provide their details, confirm purchase of the vehicle, and request that ownership is recorded under their name. Both parties must sign to complete the transfer, and the registering authority will then record the change of ownership on the vehicle registration documents.
