Emil Emerson completed a 4-week internship in the Employee Relations department where he helped generate a database of employee files in the record room. He learned about the different types of employee files and details contained in each file. Emil noted down the total number of active and resigned employee files physically present. He was guided in his work by staff from the Employee Relations and Learning and Development departments who helped him understand how to maintain the employee data and finish creating the database. Emil expressed gratitude for the opportunity to work with and learn from the Employee Relations team.
