The quickest way into God's Presence, the surest way to access His power and the most dependable way to be safe in the arms of the Lord. God delights to inhabit our praises and when he inhabits us all of heaven's blessings are more readily accessible and readily seen. As we draw near to Him in thanksgiving and praise, God draws near to us.
1 Cor. 1:9-10 God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

Homily: The Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity Sunday 2024.docxJames Knipper
Countless volumes have been written trying to explain the mystery of three persons in one true God, leaving us to resort to metaphors such as the three-leaf clover to try to comprehend the Divinity. Many of us grew up with the quintessential pyramidal Trinity structure of God at the top and Son and Spirit in opposite corners. But what if we looked at this ‘mystery’ from a different perspective? What if we shifted our language of God as a being towards the concept of God as love? What if we focused more on the relationship within the Trinity versus the persons of the Trinity? What if stopped looking at God as a noun…and instead considered God as a verb? Check it out…

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

For My Birthday in Spirit: July 3 (Baptism in Faith)
1. HAPPY
THANKSGIVING
OF THE BODY!
July 4-7, 2013
1
I, Sis. Karen, will be
celebrating my 5th birthday in
Spirit on July 03, 2013 (25th of
Tammuz, 5773) because this
was the month and day that
I have officially accepted
the doctrine of Christ through
the preaching of Bro. Eli
Soriano.
So I wish to celebrate it by
remembering many of the
good things that God had
done for me and the
blessings that he gave me up
to this day.
THANKS BE TO GOD FOR HIS
FAITH IN ME AND FOR HIS
HIGHEST CALLING.

3. The Bible says…
Galatians 6:6 New King James Version (NKJV)
Be Generous and Do Good
6 Let him who is taught the word share in all good things with
him who teaches.
In the Church of God, we are fully educated in the truth of God; we are
also being trained to be good in all aspects so we can be righteous
before God and be acknowledged as His children when the Judgment
Day comes.
Our preacher, Bro. Eli Soriano, with all humility and greatness, works
very hard to propagate the gospel of Christ, in the face of all the
financial difficulties and persecutions of many of those in oppositions.
The Bible commands us to help our preacher, the one who never gives
up in teaching you and in continually revealing to you the overflowing
wisdoms and truths given by God despite of all the hardships, in all
good things. How can we help him? We can help by being sensitive to
his needs, by being obedient to the gospel, by sharing what we
have, by initiating good works, by having a strong faith, by spreading
his preaching with utmost care and many more!

166. God’s Faith In You
God believes that you will not fail Him; He believes that you
will be loyal to Him and that you will pursue holiness no
matter what happens, just like His trust in Job. Job did not fail
God. God is so happy about Job’s character and was boasting it
before His enemy, the evil Satan: (Job 1:8) And the LORD said
to Satan, "Have you considered my servant Job, that there is
none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright
man, who fears God and turns away from evil?"
Satan was teasing God, saying, “Oh, Job fears You and is only
being good because you give him riches and comfort!”. But God is so
proud and confident of Job that He allowed Satan to inflict pain
upon Job to prove that Job will not turn his back on Him no
matter what happens; that Job will remain loyal to God even if
Job will lose all that he cares about on the earth. 166
167. God’s Faith In You
Job 1:9 Then Satan answered the LORD and said, "Does
Job fear God for no reason?
Job 1:10 Have you not put a hedge around him and his
house and all that he has, on every side? You have
blessed the work of his hands, and his possessions have
increased in the land.
Job 1:11 But stretch out your hand and touch all that he
has, and he will curse you to your face.“
Job 1:12 And the LORD said to Satan, "Behold, all that
he has is in your hand. Only against him do not stretch
out your hand." So Satan went out from the presence of
the LORD.
167
168. God’s Faith In You
Job, regardless of all the pain and hardships he
had experienced, he remained loyal to God. But
God decided to restore everything that He had
lost and gave him twice as much as he had
before. Job did not fail God. God`s faith in Job
did not fail. And the calling of God means he
has trusted you, yes, as much as he had trusted
Job.
Job 42:10 And the LORD restored the
fortunes of Job, when he had prayed for his
friends. And the LORD gave Job twice as
much as he had before.

2Pe 2:20 For if, after they have escaped the
defilements of the world through the knowledge
of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are
again entangled in them and overcome, the last
state has become worse for them than the first.
2Pe 2:21 For it would have been better for them
never to have known the way of righteousness
than after knowing it to turn back from the holy
commandment delivered to them.
