This document describes the treatment of a patient with ankle deformities at the Center for Limb Lengthening & Reconstruction in Mumbai. The patient had valgus deformity, external rotation, and shortening of the ankle. Corrective surgery was performed using a hexapod external fixator to gradually adjust the ankle alignment through distraction, angulation, translation, and rotation over a period of 90 days. At one year post-fixator removal, the patient's ankle alignment was corrected and weight bearing function was restored.
