Aluminum dienbladenafruimwagens
De Eko Fit dienbladenafruimwagens zijn ontworpen om te voldoen aan de verschillende eisen en dagelijkse
behoeften bij self-service, bedrijfsrestaurants, wegrestaurants, etc. Meer dan 100 combinaties zijn mogelijk
voor het vervoer van en/of het opslaan van elk type dienblad (Gastronorm, Euronorm, Universeel en
Trapezium).
De Eko Fit dienbladenafruimwagens kunnen uitgevoerd worden met minimaal 7 tot maximaal 36
dienbladen, afhankelijk van de behoeften. Volledig aangepast op uw dienblad. De afruimwagens zijn
leverbaar voor alle soorten en maten dienbladen.
De sterke , Eko Fit dienbladenafruimwagens zijn opgebouwd uit een met 20 micron geanodiseerd
aluminium profiel, rvs dienbladengeleidingen en kunststof en rvs bevestigingsmateriaal. De zijwanden,
neutraal (standaard), gekleurd of volledig met uw eigen afbeelding uitgevoerd (optioneel) zijn de
“kers-op- de-taart”. Verrijdbaar door middel van 4 zwenkwielen 125 mm, waarvan 2 geremd in verzinkte
gaffels. Draaibare stootrollen op de hoeken van de wagen.
De Eko Fit dienbladenafruimwagens hebben een draagvermogen van 120 kg.

Standaard uitgevoerd met een bodem en dak met galerij. De afmetingen (in de tabel hieronder) zijn over de
stootrollen aangegeven. De zijwanden zijn standaard in de kleur wit (RAL 9016). Bij bestelling, zonder extra
kosten, kunt u kiezen voor een andere standaard kleur. Het is ook mogelijk om zelf een aangepaste kleur
of afbeelding te kiezen (tegen meerprijs)!

Door de nauwkeurige studie uitgevoerd op het ontwerp
en de verpakking is het zeer eenvoudig geworden om de
afruimwagens te transporteren. Het product wordt
voorgemonteerd verpakt en is hierdoor maar een derde
van het eindproduct. Door deze manier van verpakken
worden de opslag- en transportkosten gereduceerd.
12. SALES CONDITIONS
INTRODUCTION
The general sales conditions listed herein are to be considered valid for any order made to TONON SAS (hereinafter referred to as “Tonon”) and are an essential
part of each order. Any derogative clauses or special supply conditions must be expressly stated in Tonon’s Order Confirmation or otherwise agreed in writing.
The issue by the Customer of an order to Tonon and the subsequent receipt of Tonon’s Order Confirmation involves, amongst other things, the acceptance of the
present general sale conditions and every other specific condition stated on the Order Confirmation.
ORDERS AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
Orders forwarded by the Customer to Tonon shall be deemed to be accepted only if confirmed in writing by Tonon (order confirmation forwarded by post, fax or
e-mail). The text of the order confirmation shall in any case prevail over any other conditions or clauses contained in the Customer’s order and will remain the sole
document with contractual validity, unless otherwise stated by the Customer, which must reach Tonon within fifteen days of receipt of the order confirmation.
PRICES
List Prices are based on the current raw materials, labor and its relative burdens costs (TVA not included). Should some variations, authorized by the competent
bodies, to the labor (salary and burdens) as well as to the material costs occur at the date of the receipt of the order, Tonon shall proportionally increase the sales
price.
PAYMENT
Should the Customer delay the payment, Tonon shall apply the official bank interest rates increased by 3 units from the expiry date of the delayed payment,
with full right and without any default action.
Should the Customer not comply with the payment conditions or with any other contract conditions, Tonon shall suspend or postpone his contract obligations,
or to terminate the contract with simple communication, with damage compensations and title retention agreement on the materials.
LEAD-TIME
The Lead-time starts from the date of definition of all the essential contract obligations and once all the needed executive data are given to Tonon, moreover,
if previously agreed, the Customer shall have paid the goods as per the sales contract.
The Lead-Time is calculated in working days and it’s de jure delayed for events not attributable to Tonon such as: strikes, lockouts, fires, floods, material scrap,
delayed deliveries from the sub suppliers, power outages, requisition orders or any other Force Majeur events.
WARRANTY
Tonon warrants the Products to be in compliance with the technical specifications submitted to the Customer provided that they are properly transported, stored,
installed, used and repaired by the Customer and by its carriers, shippers, freighters, customers, resellers, wholesalers, installers and any other assignees
(for whose behavior the Customer shall be the sole responsible towards Tonon), as the Customer shall be able to satisfactory proof.
The Customer shall not be responsible for claims of direct or indirect damages of any kind and for any reason.
The duration of the warranty is indicated on the contract and it takes effect from the date of delivery.
All products or parts that have normal lifetime deterioration and stress are not under warranty.
For the products or parts purchased by a third party only the warranty given by the third party shall be applied.
PACKAGING
The packaging is included and to lose.
DELIVERY
The Products are intended EX-Works Borgaro (TO).
The insurance will be applied only under specific request by the Customer and it’s at the Customer’s charge.
DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
The contract of which these general conditions are an integrated part is governed by current Italian laws.
Each dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be exclusively settled by the Court of Torino, Italy.
