2. Underestimated complexity of our process and system.
3. Did not make the project a priority.
4. Tended to focus on making it look and work really well instead
of a minimum-viable-product approach.
5. Didn’t build in time to fully test before launch.

2. Met major needs/goals and incorporated many “wish list” features.
3. Used the power of Drupal.
4. Comprehensive training for EESC staff.
5. Launch.

5. Pursue excellence but be OK with OK.
