ROUND SILKSCREEN HOT STAMPING
SILK SCREEN
• THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO EVERY TRANSACTION
Silk screen printing is a stencil technique in which in is
forced thorugh a mesh, originally of fine silk but now
commercially more likely to be nylon. It’s an
all-embracing process used on most fabrics. Ideal for
T-shirts, polo, bags, hammock, pens, flasks. This
technique allows to achieve special effects like 3D,
fuzz, glitter, fluorescent, reflective and
phosphorescent paint. We can print up to 10 colors.
Through this technique the image is printed using the
silk screen method on a base material (especially on
paper), then using pressure and high temperatures
the logo is transferred on the item. The biggest
advantage of this technique is that it allows the
quality control of the imprint and its correction before
being applied on the item. Suited for polo’s, caps,
bags and notebooks.
This method is one of the fastest and most accurate
since it allows printing logos with a high number of
colors on most surfaces. Generally the print is applied
on small objects made of plastic or other hard
materials, on which the paint is transferred with a
silicon pad. It is used for printing on pens, office
objects, lighters, key-chains, scrapers, toys or other
items made of plastic, metal, glass, leather, wood,
paper or other materials. Blasting effect can be used
on glass.
This technique uses a laser beam to print texts, logos
or drawings by engraving the object’s surface. it is
used on organic materials such as wood, fruits or
paper.
Doming is a printing technique where several
materials, mostly stickers, are being applied with a
transparent coating uses a resin layer (epoxy resin)
which gives a 3-D lens effect. This technique gives
depth and extra brightness to colors. It can be applied
on non porous surfaces such as signs, trophies,
awards, key chains and ID badges.
Through this method, a logo, a text or drawing can be
printed on round objects such as: plastic or stainless
steel cups or aluminum water bottles. This technique
allows a high precision of imprint. Please check with
our “customer service” department if your item is
suitable for this technique.
This technique involves printing the desired logo on a
special foil, cropping it after a preset shape and then
applying on the item through a heat press. The imprint
can be done on a transparent, white or colored foil.
Due to the variety of the foils available on the market,
of the multiple colors and textures (strip flock, 3D,
metallic) this technique allows achieving a large
variety of imprints and combinations. The digital
transfer is suited for complex logos when silk screen
technique cannot be used.
This technology highlights the logo with elegance.
The embroidery can be made on plain/flat surfaces
(clothing) or irregular/uneven surfaces such as hats,
backpacks, bags, etc. There are also special
techniques such as embossed embroidery, 3D or
patches.
This technique uses a laser beam to engrave
text, logos or drawings on an object’s surface.
Generally it is used on metal surfaces but it can also be
used on wood or plastic with excellent results. Suited
for mugs, pens or metal boxes.
This engraving technique uses a small diamond to
imprint a text or a logo on the surface of the items. It is
used especially to engrave on glass items, but also on
metal or marble. Engraving on glass items can be
done on: glasses, bottles, ashtrays, trophies, etc. and
engraving on metals/plastics can be used to create
medals, signage plaques and other items.
This technology turn your ideas into reality in just few
minutes. Perfect for short-runs, personalization and
prototypes, this technology can print directly on a vast
array of objects, including three dimensional items. It
can be easily used for complex logos in polycromy.
This technique uses a high temperature pre-heated
press to apply graphics to a surface as leather, leather
replacements or paper. Suited for notebooks,
folders or other leather items such as tablet
covers. The use of special films allows obtaining gold
and silver effects. This process preserves the color of
the logo, giving a touch of nobility.
