Sales/Marketing strategy: The Franchise helps tremendously with the marketing, I also will contribute by social networks
such as Facebook, Twitter etc.. also word of mouth. I will also have a vehicle wrap put on my car and plan to park near the
beach where it will be seen by the vacationers. It will have the phone number and address of the store location. Also, I will
have a professionally trained staff that will be very helpful and friendly to ensure return customers.

Business model: With a unique tropical coconut scent and floors made of recycled wine cork. We sell the latest, hottest
styles of flip flops and sandals. We have an up scale marketing department with several years of experience in the retail
and customer service market. They sell popular brands such as Reef, Sanuk, Flojos, Vans, Havaianas, and O'Neill. Flip
Flop Shops has been a franchise since 2008.

Competitors: As far as competitors go, there are currently no other shops that are exclusive to flip flops & sandals,
therefore we offer a wider variety of top name brands . We also provide special touches, such as custom ordering and free
shipping. A vanilla-coconut scent is diffused through the shop to make customers feel as if they are at the beach. The
shops are very attractive in appearance and that draws the curious customers in.
