The program aimed to encourage managers to recognize the importance of employee retention, training, development and work environment on customer satisfaction and business success. It operated from 2002 to 2009 and included experiential events at several Seattle attractions and restaurants. The annual banquet had a $3,000 budget to celebrate qualifying managers with a location, meal, awards and other items.
