2. Fiscus East covers a vast mandate, including projects and organizations
seeking funding in the services, retail, real estate, communication, financial
services, and hospitality industries.
Fiscus East includes large-scale, multi-year projects, which will utilize our
set-aside structure in multiples (as needed) to complete their project
development. The long-term vision of Fiscus East centers around
participating in projects that have the potential to become generational in
scope and impact. Given the multi-year build out of many projects in Fiscus
East, all listed project size amounts includes the Fiscus East premium which
will be invested into short-term DeFi and leveraged fixed-income strategies
to offset debt service.
