Fiscus South focuses on financing existing manufacturing, energy, and construction projects as well as funding their expansion. It will primarily fund large renewable energy projects using proven technologies. 2. Fiscus South focuses on projects related to finished goods, such as
manufacturing, utilities/energy, and construction.
Fiscus South will fund projects that are existing and are being acquired
or restructured as well as those that need financing for expansion. In
the long-term new projects will make up the bulk of Fiscus South,
specifically renewable energy projects based on proven technologies.
Fiscus South allows for principals of all experience levels to finance
their projects through their existing entities or via special purpose
vehicles (SPVs).
