Fire Wire Productions is a recording studio that aims to polish and lead young talented musicians to become professionals. It will empower youth and develop music skills by making low-cost demos. Artists pay R50 for a week of studio time. Fire Wire takes 50% of profits from artists and 75% from gigs, shows, and CD sales, covering accommodation, security, and transportation for artists. Its objectives are to release new music from local talents and transform youth lives through music. It works with producers, studios, engineers, and marketing/distribution companies to record, produce, and promote albums. The management team aims to create jobs and careers for youth while providing an enjoyable creative workspace free from drugs and alcohol.
