The school conducted a fire drill with the Bureau of Fire Protection to prepare for a fire safety inspection. A lecture was first held to instruct students and staff on fire safety procedures. The school's fire brigade team was then briefed on their roles and responsibilities during emergencies. A mock fire scene was enacted, and everyone successfully evacuated to the assembly area. An evaluation after the drill determined that through everyone's cooperation, the school received an excellent rating of 8 out of 10.

Last June 17, 2016, the Bureau of Fire
Protection Mandurriao Sub Station conducted
a fire drill at our school as part of the
requirements in acquiring a Fire Safety
Inspection Certificate. Before the actual fire
drill started, a short lecture on what to do in
case of fire was done and was participated by
the students, teachers, staff and maintenance.
The members of the fire brigade team of the
school were also briefed regarding their duties
and responsibilities in order to be aware of
what they have to do in case of emergencies.
During the actual fire drill, a fire scene
was made and acted as if there was really fire
inside the building and everybody went out to
the assembly area so as to keep safe.
After the drill, a short evaluation from the
chief of fire was done in order to determine
the score on whether the company passed.
And because of the collaborative effort of
everyone , we garnered an 8 out of 10 rating
which gave us an excellent score.
