- 3. Finding Nemo PROJECT GOALS Ourselected project prompt is Finding Apartments & Room-Mates. With more and more people shifting to cities, finding a good apartment and room-mate is becoming more difficult. This stresses young Gen Z’s who are either college students, or recent graduates who have most likely started a job in a new city. Finding Nemo first aims to understand and accept an individual’s struggle to find homes and roommates to share the space. We aspire to connect the dots and recognize the necessary steps, struggles and past data which has helped/helps people to find an apartment and a roommate part of the Service Industry which provides services that helps and connects people for house hunting and finding people to share the house with. Our services include finding homes of your preference and connecting you to an end number of brokers for great deals. Furthermore, we consider the people who are searching for a roommate. Individuals can put their details if they want to be found by others and also search for roommates of their preference by checking and filtering out the details provided by other individuals. Our key users are young university students which will be interviewed first to collect data and to draw analysis on. Furthermore, we can expand the services to all demographics of the society

Students want apartments near the university because it saves traveling time so they can rest and study more, and it becomes more convenient. Normally Apartments near campus/offices are always in high demand The picture available online is different from what it looks like in person Students prefer co-living more than PG setup Students prefer the furnished places
