This survey aims to examine the relationship between a child's physical activity and the number of hours their parents work. Participation is voluntary and responses will remain anonymous. The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete and asks questions about a child's indoor and outdoor activities, team involvement, and number of active days in the past week. It also collects information on the child's parents' employment status and hours worked per week.
