Voltas, an Indian company, reported a 16-fold increase in net profit to Rs 62.6 crore for the fourth quarter, compared to the same period the previous fiscal year. While net sales declined by 5.32%, net profit grew by 1497.32% due to improved net profit margin of 4.06% compared to -0.28% previously. The company's stock price closed at Rs 221.40 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, down 0.43% from the previous close, with trading volumes of 475667 shares on BSE and 4387712 shares on NSE.
