The document discusses different text genres that appear in English exams for major job competitions in Brazil. It explains that these text genres have specific communication functions and are characterized by specific organization, grammar structures and vocabulary. Identifying the genre of a text makes reading them more efficient and helps candidates more easily locate the desired information. The goal of this unit is to teach students to simply and effectively identify the different text genres found in English exams.

This document discusses data residency for electronic health records (EHR) systems. It examines where patient and provider medical documents and data reside currently and may reside in the future. It outlines that currently, patient documents reside with the patient and provider, while provider documents and data reside within the provider's EHR system. It envisions that in the future, patients may have portable medical records on smart cards or cloud-based systems, while provider data continues to reside in provider EHR systems with connections to other entities like insurers and laboratories.

Ca sera donc le continuous delivery of value.

The document defines slope as a number that describes how steep a line is. Slope is calculated by taking the change in the y-values (rise) over the change in the x-values (run) between two points on the line. Slope can be expressed as the ratio of the change in y over the change in x between any two points on the line.
This document outlines a lesson plan to teach students about slope. The objectives are for students to understand what slope is through a definition and digital story, be able to solve slope problems in partners, and remember how to solve slope problems in the future. It includes a digital story video that demonstrates slope, an example slope problem for students to work through, and discusses how the lesson meets educational technology standards by facilitating student collaboration and modeling digital learning.

This document outlines a lesson plan on identifying prime numbers. It includes having students watch introductory videos, divide into groups to work through problems, and come up with answers to share. The groups will compete and the winning group gets a homework pass. Questions for the groups include defining prime numbers and examples, how to identify primes, and defining composite numbers and examples.
This lesson plan outlines how to teach 4th grade students about identifying prime numbers using the SlideShare presentation tool. The teacher will ask introductory questions and have students work in groups to define and identify prime numbers. They will then share their answers with the class. Students will work on problems to practice identifying prime numbers and understand the concept. The objectives are to define, identify, and recognize prime numbers through class discussion and working on problems. The lesson concludes that grouping numbers by their factors is key to determining if a number is prime or composite.
This lesson plan outlines how to teach 4th grade students about identifying prime numbers using the SlideShare presentation tool. The teacher will ask introductory questions to engage students, then divide them into groups to discuss what prime numbers are and how to identify them. Groups will report their answers, then work on sample problems. The objectives are for students to define, identify, recognize, and discuss prime numbers, and to work on related problems. Throughout, the teacher will help students understand the concept of prime numbers.
