Community gardens have educational and social benefits but current strategies are limited in reach. A proposed mobile education project called netgarden would address these limitations by bringing gardening workshops and seed kits to neighborhoods, teaching residents gardening basics and inspiring greater community engagement with gardening initiatives. The netgarden workshops would make gardening accessible to more people, including those not currently active in existing community gardens.
