Jasmine created a family cookbook to preserve wholesome family recipes and combat issues like childhood obesity and convenience-oriented lifestyles. She coordinated with family members like her grandmother and aunts to collect recipes, learned to cook the dishes herself, typed up 43 recipes into a cookbook, and overcame challenges like computer problems to complete the project with help from a facilitator.
