Ashlyn's goal was to join a yoga, pilates, or zumba class to tone her legs and lose 3 to 5 pounds over the course of two half-semester sessions. She planned to measure her progress by weighing herself at the end of each session and aimed to achieve her goal by the end of the semester. Ashlyn documented her experience in a log book and presented the process and results of working towards this health and wellness-focused objective.
