Professional Qualification
CA course is to be completed from ACNABIN, Chartered Accountants (a member firm of
BAKER TILY international, UK in Bangladesh and former representative of Arthur
Andersen Worldwide). Course completion under the supervision of Mr. Rokonuzzaman, FCA,
and by Law 70, 71 & 74 of the Bangladesh Chartered Accountants Ordinance, 1973 under the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).
Professional Experience
Experience in planning the auditing, taxation and accounting assignments and also involved in
various business advisory services, management consultancy and corporate financial matters for
providing value added client services to local and multinational organizations etc. In brief
professional experiences are related to the following areas:-
 Preparation of reports as per requirement;
 Preparation of technical and financial proposal for audit, consultancy, taxation and
corporate affairs work;
 Attend different meetings with clients;
 Knowledge on Income Tax Ordinance 1984, Value Added Tax Act 1991, Accounting and
financial function;
 Prepare final audit reports and management letters on internal control and weakness and
compliance issues with recommendations for improvements.
 Providing orientation to audit team members on audit planning, client profile preparation,
risk assessment, accounts preparation, report writing and work documentation prior and
subsequent to completing field assignment.
 Perform analytical review on draft financial statements and identify critical audit areas.
Providing Accounting service in line with the requirements of clients.
 Review overall presentation of financial statements in accordance with Bangladesh
Financial Reporting Standards (BFRSs)
