Take the High Road is an after school program that will work with schools to provide mentors, tutors, meals and activities to help kids, especially those below the poverty line aged 11-15, develop good habits. It aims to keep kids out of trouble, off the streets, and help them get good grades by providing somewhere to hang out after school and during the summer with homework help and sports. It will get the word out through school fliers and announcements and seek grants and fundraising to pay for the activity center.
