The home is built on a mountainside in Montana with stunning views. It was designed by architect Jonathan Foote to blend seamlessly with the natural landscape using materials like stone, logs, and a slate roof. The owners, who divide their time between the US and Asia, wanted to merge Asian simplicity with Western rustic materials. This created a Yin-Yang effect throughout the home. Though invisible from the outside, the home required careful engineering and construction to achieve its timeless appearance.
Styling A Property For Weekday Living A Home From Homejuliestevens
Younique Designs was hired to style a 1 bedroom apartment in Birmingham that would serve as a "crash pad" for a professional working in the city during the week; the stylist brought harmony to the space through an appropriate color scheme and accessories, and completed the project within 3 days for a total cost of £325.81 excluding design and management fees.
This document summarizes the interior remodeling of a 1960s-era apartment in Bratenahl Place, Cleveland. The designers gutted and completely redesigned the 3,400 square foot space to create an open floor plan maximizing views of Lake Erie. Key aspects of the redesign included relocating the kitchen, adding a home office and media lounge, and renovating the bedrooms and bathrooms. Natural materials like teak wood and quartz floors were used to reference the surrounding shoreline. Advanced lighting and technology were also incorporated throughout the apartment.
The recording was done in a small, tight corridor where the sound waves reflected off the walls and ceiling, creating a slight echo. Small objects like wooden doors helped absorb and quiet the sound somewhat. Halfway through the recording, a loud door bang occurred that would have caused a peak in the sound level and overshadowed the voice recording.
This document provides information on 7 different architectural projects including:
1) A conference center in San Antonio, TX drawing on local influences.
2) A single family home in Minnesota designed like a spider web for strength and flexibility.
3) An airport wine bar in Spain paying homage to traditional architecture and using recycled wine bottles.
4) An urban loft residence in Minneapolis exploring geometry and music.
5) A roof top yoga studio in Minneapolis focusing on balance, nature, and reclaimed materials.
6) An architecture firm in Minneapolis representing growth and bringing cultures together.
7) Each project emphasizes sustainability through materials reuse and energy efficiency.

This modern Cape home was designed and built for a retired German couple to use as a holiday home. The 300 square meter home has an open floor plan with views of the surrounding mountains and ocean. It was designed by Evi Elsner of Home Concept based on the owners' request for a clean, minimalist two bedroom design focused on maximizing the views. The home uses neutral tones and natural materials to create a light, soothing environment. Special attention was paid to acoustic needs given the hard surfaces, with soft furnishings used to absorb sound. While most areas have a pared back style, the large en suite bathroom was designed as a luxury spa space for the owners' enjoyment.
This open floor plan allows a busy family to stay connected while maintaining an airy, spacious feel through high ceilings, large windows, and folding doors connecting the indoors and outdoors. The kitchen features a functional layout with plenty of counter and storage space. The second level provides a guest room, deck, and luxurious master suite retreat with a plush bed and modern spa bathroom.

Philip Johnson's 1949 Glass House in New Canaan, Connecticut was designed in the International style. Situated on a 47-acre property, the landscape surrounding the Glass House was meant to reflect a painting of nature with areas of grass, trees, and sloping ground. The Glass House maximized views of the outdoor landscape through its dynamic use of proportion, geometry, and glass. It had a steel frame structure with minimal interior divisions besides a brick cylinder for the bathroom and fireplace, making it a single open room exposed to ventilation and lighting from all sides.

The document discusses how sound travels in an outdoor narrow space without a ceiling. While the close brick walls can reflect sound and possibly make it louder, the lack of a ceiling prevents the sound from reflecting and traveling farther, making it quieter. Additionally, wind outside can drown out recordings by mixing with the microphone noise. There is a large difference in recordings between indoor enclosed spaces and outdoor open areas, where less reflection and more wind negatively impact the sound quality outside.
D-Line is a new prefabricated swimming pool series from RivieraPool that focuses on ambience and function. The pools have a clean, minimalist design with natural stone accents. They are factory-assembled from durable composite materials for quick installation. D-Line pools are designed to be the centerpiece of outdoor living areas and integrate easily with landscaping accessories. Options include sources, streams, lighting, and massage systems for fitness or relaxation.
Today the production team re-shot argument scenes at Rojal's house for a music video. They were successful in finishing filming and getting a variety of shots and angles. They improved the quality by using a tripod, natural lighting, more enthusiastic acting, and projecting voices clearly, as advised previously. Their next steps are inserting footage, adding jump cuts, finishing layering footage, and adding special effects.
This document summarizes the renovation of a 1950s colonial home in Greenwich, Connecticut by architect and builder Evan Goldenberg. He completely redesigned and rebuilt the home, choosing durable natural materials like limestone, oak, brass, and granite. He paid close attention to detail throughout. During construction, a crawl space was accidentally excavated deeper, allowing Goldenberg to add an unexpected but impressive 2,000 bottle wine cellar. The finished home is elegant yet comfortable and built to last.

Satan tells Jesus that he is teaching people to do harmful, unethical, and illegal acts like dropping bombs, killing, using weapons, hating others, abusing children, using drugs, drinking, lying, and doing other prohibited things. Satan says he is amusing himself with this. When Jesus asks what Satan will do with people after, Satan replies that he will finish them all. Jesus then asks how much Satan wants for the people, and Satan says he wants all of Jesus' tears and blood in payment. Jesus agrees to the deal and pays the price of humanity's liberty.

The project objective was to design a space for a growing ad agency. The Ink blob became inspiration for the space. An open
floor plan with only a few walls creates an environment where creativity can flow freely. To help stimulate the mind multiple
colors of varying hues were chosen, with lots of places to brainstorm the next big idea.

PROJECT: CONFERENCE CENTER SQUARE FEET: 1,200
Detroit
The Motor City Conference Center found inspiration in the tradition of art deco and automobile manufacturing. The
design uses repetition of shapes and a vernacular palette of metals, woods, rubber, and the cool colors of Lake Michigan.

of the city’s skyline,
using various metals that

PROJECT: DESIGN NEW HOME SQUARE FEET:
A looking glass
This is a home design for a recently married couple who wanted a home they could grow in. They both love
nature and spend a lot of time outdoors. Only local reclaimed and sustainable materials and finishes were
used. The concept was based on the idea of making a connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
The connection was made with variations in the windows, flooring and the ceiling. Contemporary and simple
organic with geometric forms were applied in order to create a relaxing home in Seattle, Washington.
