Film
1. Do you find this film engaging and why
- I really like that you addressed serious subject matters like drinking and violence, but in an
innovative way that doesn't detract from the plot
-Yeah, I like that there's loads of shock value but without having to actually see any violence

-The fact that the story was constantly evolving and expanding as the film went on helped keep my
   attention
- I really like that there isn't that much dialogue from the other characters, it lets you focus on the
     main girls and the prefect
- I like that its got the horror element to it with the blood and psycho killer, but its more shocking
      than scary
- Its almost like watching CSI, where you have to try and piece together what happened before
you find out what actually happened at the end
- You really get to connect with the girls, they start out all tough but by the end they are just
    frightened children

-I really like that its obvious the prefect is crazy, but not like silly crazy. Its very subtle to start with.
- It reminds me of those school shooting stories from a few years back, but I like that this is original
and creative rather than recreating one of those
2. Would you recommend this film to a friend?
-Absolutely, considering its only 5 minutes long I think anyone could make time to watch it
regardless of how busy they are and I think that is a great thing about it
-Yes if they're maybe teenagers or a bit older. Kids probably shouldn’t see it just because of the
   drinking and implied violence
-A lot of my friends like this kind of horror/thriller type of film , so I'd definitely recommend it to
    them

-Yeah because its not too scary but still interesting
- Absolutely, you could enjoy this regardless of taste

-Definitely. Especially if they had an interest in short films.
- It depends on the friend, I know that some of them only really like comedies, so this might be a
     bit much for them
-Yes I would, I think they’d find it just as interesting as I did

- I think because its is the kind of film that makes you think, it would be ideal to be able to discuss
it with friends, so yes I would.
3. Do you fully understand the premise of the film?

-Yes, although it would have been nice to find out what happens to the prefect afterwards
-Yeah, I really liked how he crossed the names off at the end like an evil Santa
-Yes I like that as the film goes on you understand what's going on more and more
-Yeah, the only but that confused me a bit was the classroom part, were they in heaven or hell?
- To sum it up, psycho killer kills 2 badly behaved girls who wouldn’t follow his rules
- Yes, but I think it would’ve been nice to learn a bit more about the prefect

- Everything up until he was writing something on a bit of paper, I couldn’t really see what it said
- Yes I think you’ve made it quite clear

-I think you really have to give it 100% of your attention to really understand it all, but yes I
     understood
4. What do you think about the look/cinematography used?
-I really liked the opening, the CCTV look really adds to the creepiness of it, and I really liked that
bit in the classroom where the girls' memory comes back and its projected over them, I don't
     think I've seen that before
-There was loads of different angles and switches between scenes which kept me interested in it
-I liked that even though it's meant to be quite scary, it didn’t do the typical thing of making it all
dark and gloomy, it was quite bright which was a nice surprise
- I honestly couldn’t fault it. I especially loved the flashback bit in the classroom.
-I really liked your use of natural light in the first scene amongst the trees, it really sets the scene
     of a crisp winter morning
- I liked how it seems like you put a lot of thought into each and every shot.

-The creative direction is one of this film's strong points I think.
- I really like how bright it is, its a refreshing opposite to all the blood and stuff

- I loved the close up bits at the end of the prefect. It was really creepy how he was smiling proudly
      after killing those girls

1) Is it obvious this piece is linked to the film, and forms a cohesive product along with the
    review?

-Yeah, if I walked past it after watching the film I would see the link between them

-Yes, it doesn’t give much away though

-I can definitely see where you were going with it, I think it works well

-Yes, it links really well to the classroom scene

-I think making the badge the focal point was a great idea, really forms a link between them

- You used a similar image of the 2 girls in the poster and review that also appears in the
classroom scene, so yes they go together well

-I like them all individually, but as a complete package it works really well

-They are actually better in my opinion than some real film products I've seen

-I think you could see them in any order and you would still be able to see that they form a
     complete product
2) Is it eye-catching and creative?

-Yeah it would definitely make you curious about the film
-Yeah the mix of dark and bright colours make it stand out
-I think it really suits your film. The use of the main characters on the poster, but not fully in view
     was a good idea.
-I like that it looks quite professional. The only thing I'd say is you could’ve made the credits bit at
      the end a bit lighter.
-Definitely, that pop of red really jumps out at you

-I think so, I also love that it gives you a taste of what happens in the film by using that over-
     lapping image technique
-Even the small details, like the title being the same shade as the badge, have been considered
   which I think is important
-If I was walking through the cinema and saw this I'd definitely stop and have a look
-Its very unusual, ive never seen a poster like it which I think is interesting
Review
1) Is it obvious this piece is linked to the film, and forms a cohesive product along with the
    poster?
-Yes, and I think that the opinion you expressed in it is quite fair
-I think as part of the finished product with the film and poster, it seems very professional for a
     student film
-Well yeah, the title is in big bold letters and there's a picture of the main girls
-Yes, they all look very realistic like they could all be real things you'd see on a film website
- I think so and I like that you included the facts in the review

- Yes I think each reflects the others really well
-I'd say so yes. Although maybe it would have been an idea to have someone impartial rate the
film, just so you could count that as feedback

-I really do, I just think you could have somehow incorporated the review into the poster a bit, like
how some posters use stars to show rating out of 5
- Yes, I especially like how you included that picture of the 2 girls together because that’s
something the audience would see in the film and poster too, so it would immediately form a
    connection in their minds
2) Is it similar to the format of the magazine it is modelled after?

-Yes, very, even down to the kind of rounded of edges of the pictures.
-Yeah you pretty much got it perfect

-Obviously its not gonna be identical since you had to make it by yourself and they probably use
templates, but you did a good job
-You did quite well considering you probably used a different software than them
-Yes I think your review could basically slot right into that magazine
- I think so, I like that you wrote a review of another film to make it believable
- You definitely followed the layout and colour scheme really closely which I think really lets the
    content itself shine through
-Yes it is very close. I like that you chose this magazine, I’ve never seen a review layout like this
   before.
-Yes it is very similar. Although I do think the layout that magazine uses is a bit basic and boring.
