Observed and supervised multiple law enforcement, contractors and civilians
in courses of fire insuring their safety of both the instructors and students.
Coordinate with the instructor's before every range movements addressing
fields of fire and any potential safety concerns. Rapidly address and intervene
in any breach of safety or potential dangerous situations during live fire
exercises. Maintained a triple redundant medical intervention plan in the
event of the need for emergency medical intervention. Constantly maintained
situational awareness of 20 students and 2 instructors per range.
Communicated effectively with instructors and range control in kinetic
environments. Ensured the safety of multiple ranges with 0 incidences and 0
casualties.

Trained new Marines for the upcoming deployment in urban combat,
weapons handling, marksmanship, squad defense, hand to hand
combat, squad and platoon level tactics, physical training,
communication devises, warrior ethos, mounted operations, squad and
platoon level assaults, demolitions and more. Deployed to a hostile
combat zone in Afghanistan 7/10-2/12 & 11/11-6/12 . Investigated
suspicious areas and materials utilizing K-9 handling on over 200 patrols
leading to the safe passage of 100% safe return of ISAF. Led and
directed patrol squads as a point man of 18 ISAF over 400 patrols
though hostile environments and over a 150 hostile fire engagements
in Afghanistan resulting in no loss of life or destruction of critical
infrastructure. Established random vehicle and individual check points
securing critical routes and disrupting enemy activity. Acquired,
compiled and analyzed time sensitive intelligence in a hostile
environment though active reconnaissance, effectively relaying critical
information in a timely efficient manner. Awarded for the detection of
improvised explosive materials making the area of operations for civilian
and International Security Assistance Forces safer.
