The document discusses fashion items that can negatively impact health if worn frequently or improperly. It identifies super high heels, flip flops, overly tight shapewear, heavy bags, pencil skirts, skinny jeans, synthetic underwear, ill-fitting bras as items that can cause back pain, spinal issues, knee damage, muscle strain, breathing difficulties, and other orthopedic problems if worn excessively. It recommends wearing these items less often and choosing well-fitting, supportive alternatives to rest joints and muscles.
Men's thong underwear is the most comfortable style of mens underwear. It will be an eye-catcher in the future in the race of men's underwear fashion. This blog is discussing the future of men's thongs.

Web-application I’ve always dreamt of (Kharkiv)Victor_Cr
Through years of work have been trying many of Java frameworks which provides different level of abstractions on both server and client-side. Pure Servlet+JSP, JSF, GWT, Struts, Spring MVC, Vaadin, Play!, DWR, you name it. Sometimes it felt good, sometimes not, and with each year number of “good” applications reduced to the critical minimum. Later I tried to bring all the good points I had ever seen together to create “a perfect being” and after years of struggling I feel that I have reached the goal. Let me share it…
A lanyard for your keys
Do you keep your keys on a lanyard? I started a couple of years ago when I was in and out of the car with a baby in a capsule and a small child. I needed two free hands and easy access to car and front door keys. The long length of lanyard could always be grabbed on the way out, then slung around my neck when shuffling between front door, car, pram, drop off point.
Even if you’re not juggling those things, I think it’s worth having keys at the ready when you’re getting in and out of your home or car. Less time spent rummaging through the dark bottomless pit of a handbag alone, the better.
However, fast forward a couple of years and I still seem to be sporting the same freebie lanyard with a logo of a football team. With red and white stripes, it clashes perfectly with most of my clothes. Nice accessory! (not).
Time for the “eye catching” lanyard to go and be replaced with something more appealing. Since tassels are the thing right now, they are the decorative detail to add to a key ring and then make a lanyard.
Making the Tassel
There are different way to tackle tassel-making depending upon whether you use thread or cut leather. For this tutorial I used the tassel making technique perfected here by Fall for DIY (blog) when they ran a “tassel happy challenge” on Instagram. I’ve used Francesca’s cardboard template design. It’s a bit like making a pom pom.
I’ve also played around with different styles for tying them together, embellishing (decorating) and attaching the tassel to a clip. Do the same and see what you prefer.
Enjoy having a smart tassel lanyard for your keys.
A note about materials
I bought some “D” ring clips from Lincraft (Haberdashery and Craft supplies in Australia) but you can easily use metal circle clips, or swivel hooks. I’ve re-used the swivel hooks from old promotional lanyards.
I also used a copper adhesive tape for effect on the tassel. My roll came from Japan, but you can buy copper and aluminium tape at hardware stores. Otherwise fabric tape is another option.
I’ve used mock-suede leather thonging I found from haberdashery supplies, but real leather thonging would be a nicer option.

Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.

4. Super-High Heels
You can’t concentrate in flats? Yeah, yeah, we get that you
swear by every dictum doled out by Victoria Beckham. But
Posh Spice probably forgot to mention how living in heels, day
in and day out, can be very, very bad for your back.
And while we’re at it, you can add spinal injury, calf muscle
shortening, knee damage and cramped toes to the list of
possible problems too.
It’s not going to happen overnight, but these issues will bite
you some day.
So, for every day you spend in super-high heels, opt for flats
for the next few.
5. Flip-Flops
And don’t think we have a vendetta against you high-
heel purveyors! Daily use of flip-flops is equally bad
and they are often considered worse than heels.
Since you need to clench your toes to keep flip-flops on,
it can change the way you walk.
Moreover, it doesn’t provide any arch support or heel
cushioning; hence joint pain, shin splints and
orthopaedic problems are not unheard of either. Give
yourself a break from them and try on some well-
cushioned slippers.
6. Overly Tight Shapewear
We all need a little help from our trusty shapewear to squeeze
into that unforgiving bandage dress.
But it’s far from advisable to wear Spanx or corsets on a daily
(or almost daily) basis.
We won’t deny that well-fitted shapewear is good for your
posture, but something too tight and constricting will leave you
feeling claustrophobic, crammed, struggling to breathe and
unable to move freely.
Oh, and did we mention it could put undue pressure on your
spine as well? Do yourself a favour – on days when you don’t
HAVE to wear an itty-bitty lil dress, just wear your regular
under-things.
7. Oversized Bags That Weigh a Ton
Who doesn’t love a street-style worthy it-bag? We sure do! Which
is why we say this with a heavy heart: that oversized bag (which
you have probably stuffed with everything except the kitchen sink)
perched on the crook of your elbow can cause muscle strain and
pain in your neck, shoulders, and upper back.
Now we know that’s not going to stop you from taking your latest
Céline acquisition for a little spin, so here’s some friendly advice:
don’t overfill, switch sides when carrying a big bag, and opt for
lightweight bags every few days to give your arms and shoulders
some rest.
8. Pencil Skirts
Don’t worry, we aren’t asking you to discard all those chic
pencil skirts you’ve collected – we wouldn’t dream of it! We are
just asking you to exercise caution when it comes to the
frequency with which you wear it.
Those who wear pencil skirts too often can be victims of a
strained back, pulled muscles or disc problems.
Since your knees are pushed together, pencil skirts make it
difficult to bend too.
Swapping that tight midi out for a mid-calf length flared skirt
once in a while will not hurt you!
9. Skinny Jeans
Since skinny jeans are tight around the waist, hips, and
calves, they can put tremendous pressure on your joints and
lead to leg pain too.
And as they require you to suck in your stomach, it robs the
body of oxygen, which in turn slows your metabolism and
alters your focus and performance too.
It’s okay to wear easy-fit and comfy cotton pants once in a
while – no one’s going to judge you!
10. Synthetic Panties
Those thongs you love so much… Guess what? They can easily
cause the spread of bacteria and lead to urinary tract infections.
And those synthetic panties that look so cute lead to multiplication
of yeast and increase the risk of thrush.
You’d be wise to swap your skimpy underwear for cotton briefs
for daily wear. Granny panties do have their benefits, after all!
11. Ill-Fitted Bras
It is believed that almost 70% women wear the wrong bra
size.
Not only does this provide inadequate support but can also
be the root of several health issues like back, neck and breast
pain, breathing difficulties, bad posture, skin irritation,
lymphatic problems and irritable bowel syndrome.
Most lingerie stores provide free fittings and consultations,
and you shouldn’t shy away from their help.
We hope you’re heading out the door to get yourself properly
measured already.
