• From 1919-1926 he taught arts in Germany

* His father died when he was 13 days old
• Since he was a child he loved to paint
• Changed his name when he was 21 from Stowasser to Hundertwasser
• Bought a sailboat it was called “Regentag” and lived and painted on it
• in 1980 he began to design houses
• Hundertwasser travelled a lot (France, Tunisia, Morocco, Italy, Japan, Greece and so
on)
• He also loved the nature
