Knots & Weaves' one-sheeter for designers
1. As we roll, er wrap up August, and prepare for the busy holiday
decorating season ahead, we’re getting pretty excited about the new
rug trends that are going to hit this fall.
At the top of the list is the reintroduction of bold colors, which will replace
recently popular gray, beige and neutral hues.

In addition to captivating colors, silk-woven tribal
motif rugs are a sure way give any space more
personality. This 100% silk pile large scale Ikat design
pictured to the right caught our attention right
away. (Cool fact: The silk was up-cycled from
vintage Indian saris and then dyed before being
woven.)
Abstract patterns (left) blended with color are
also gaining momentum. And make no mistake
about it: stripes are back.
Finally, we’ve have
had numerous
requests for antique
decorative rugs lately.
These intricate rugs,
such as the one
pictured to the right,
date back to the
1920s. You can think of them as pieces of art for
the floor.
Please stop by this fall as we continue to get fresh inventory in. As always,
we’re more than happy to work with you to accommodate any special
client requests.
