The workshop will guide attendees through exploring their dreams in relation to qualities like love, joy, peace, and kindness, identifying their vision, and reinforcing daily affirmations. Participants will learn how to craft an optimal life vision using the SMART goal approach and create a vision board to clarify and maintain focus on their goals. The workshop aims to counteract limiting beliefs and provide inspiration, tools, and accountability to help attendees achieve their visions.
