4. Composed of 13 elements of security and prevention, it makes the commitment between signers
irrefutable, since it generates traceability throughout the process using the following information:
1. Authentication by sending a link via SMS or Push Notification to the signer
2. Identification of the signer using name, mail, telephone or another unique identifier
3. Cross identification of the device: Unique identifier, application-device identifier, IMEI, device
name, brand and model
4. Autograph record of the signer
5. Video of the autograph action and the person signing (simultaneously)
6. Record and evidence of the speed, coordinates and impacts of the autograph
7. Video of recognition of the signer’s commitment
8. Geolocation of the moment in wich each signature was made
9. Integration into a monolithic file protected with the SHA256 algorithm
10. Conservation certificate (NOM-151-SCFI-2016) issued by an Authorized Certifier by the
Ministry of Economy (Mexico)
11. Generation of .FAD file, with sources to settle disputes
