The document describes a proposed web-based faculty evaluation system for Marinduque State College. The current manual faculty evaluation process is time consuming, difficult to manage records for, and expensive to reproduce evaluation forms. The proposed system aims to lessen the time needed, easily handle and retrieve records, reduce resource use, and speed up report production. It would automatically calculate performance ratings, generate summary results and reports only visible to admins and faculty, and allow comment posting. However, students cannot view evaluation results, evaluators would not need accounts, and the system would only be used each semester.
