The Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) in New Delhi invites expressions of interest from IT service providers for automating its processes and functions. The proposed cloud-based solution must comply with open-source architecture, utilize open APIs, and be accessible via web browser. It should include office automation, a dynamic website, data capture from stakeholders, reports, an LMIS system, and hosting of training and assessment content. Security requirements include role-based access control, backups, and high availability. Respondents must meet eligibility criteria concerning registration, blacklisting, staffing levels and experience. Responses should include documents, organization details, a proposed architecture, and a development plan.

AUTOMATION SOLUTION FOR TELECOM SECTOR SKILL COUNCIL (TSSC), NEW DELHI
TSSC invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from interested IT service providers for Automation of

software/implemented Enterprise solution, for mid‐size company (with min of 25 full‐time
employees), during the last 01 yr. Work Completion Certificate from the concerned agency
to be submitted.
