This project focuses on violations of children's rights which have socio-legal consequences due to a lack of attention from parents in social, educational, and health areas. By depriving children of their rights, parents are violating and abusing the system. To reduce children's vulnerability, proper attention must start at home and spread to the legal framework through control and oversight. The project aims to present these effects through studying relevant legislation to reconcile conflicting rights and implement planned procedures, leading to a lack of agreed upon judgments. Research determined the most affected area is the Angochagua community in Zuleta. Activities for the project included interacting with property owners through dialogues, lectures, and dynamic activities to determine the problems.

1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In this project we will focus on violations of the rights of children, which brings socio legal
consequences; because of the natures and discrimination and lack of attention from parents
0to their children in different fields whether social, educational, even in the field of health by
depriving them of this and thus violating and abusing the system's deficit affecting different
rights because they are not able to apply and if parents no proper attention is not in any way
find the solution, everything must start in the same household and spread gradually to the
legal framework making use possible and proper control to reduce the vulnerability of
children, in law and in the context of daily life, to meet in order to implement social
development plans; brings legal consequences as the weighting of individual rights and
generally avoiding different effects such as exploitation.
Through this work we want to present the effects mentioned above, through the study of
relevant legislation, to reconcile conflicting rights based implementation of planned
procedures, and thereby leads to lack of agreement judgment; that in our research we
determined that in the area where the point of conflict to be the most affected area Zuleta
community specifically Angochagua presented. For this reason through a set of activities for
the purpose of the project were: the interaction with the owners of the property concerned,
through dialogues, lectures, as well as the use of dynamic activities to determine the problem
.
