This document proposes innovations to address an unmet customer need in fashion retail outlets. Specifically, customers often cannot easily find new trends. The proposed solutions include installing high-quality video displays outside the outlet showing new products and trends, and implementing a color-coded tag system inside to categorize items by their age. The tags would be green for new items (1-30 days), blue for mid-age items (30-60 days), and gray for older items (>60 days). This aims to better inform customers of current trends and remove outdated stock. The innovations also intend to increase awareness, sales, and profits.
