Every person has a responsibility to improve themselves and the world through teaching others, whether formally or informally. Humans should base their lives on love, forgiveness, service and empowering others rather than fear, punishment and control. While external events are out of one's control, individuals can control the memories they choose to keep or forget from their experiences each day. A manager plays a key role in their employees' success or failure through the expectations and communication set, which impacts self-confidence, growth and productivity.

1. Every man is meant to be a
teacher, whether he chooses
it as a profession or not.
Every man has the
responsibility to lift himself
and in turn lift the world.
Every man has to play his part
in altering the consciousness
of this world in his own ways.
The only purpose of being
born before the next
generation is to lead the next
generation into better world.

are part of nature. Hence let’s
all love, for the sake of love,
not in the hope that it be
reciprocated.

3. Humans should not base their
life on domination, revenge,
punishment, creating fear and
ensuring control. Human life
must be based on love,
forgiveness, sharing, serving
and lifting others.

4. What you say to me is not in
my control. What life brings
to me is not in my control.
What will happen in the very
next moment is not in my
control. But as I sign off for a
day, what memories I choose
to keep in safe possession,
what memories I choose to
ignore remains in my control.

5. The behaviour of an individual
depends a lot on the way he
or she treated. This applies to
the work environment too.
The manager plays a highly
significant role in the success
or failure of an employee by
the way he communicates
expectations to his team
members. If he is skilful and
has high expectations of his
team, their self-confidence
will grow, their capabilities
will develop and their
productivity will be high.
