This document describes an eTwinning project that aims to bring together students from different generations and cultures to promote tolerance. The project involved 441392 teachers, 173989 schools and 56141 projects across 10 countries in Europe. Students interviewed grandparents to identify similarities and differences between generations, reduced prejudices, learned about different cultures, and developed language and communication skills. They shared work through presentations, interviews, photos, e-books and other media. The goal was for students to understand that despite cultural and personal differences, people are very similar.
