This document outlines a management development program that uses a gamified simulation to develop skills across various competencies. Participants will compete both individually and in teams as managers of telecom operators on different continents in simulations, projects, and training over the course of a year. These experiences are designed to build collaboration, innovation, change leadership, and other skills while tracking progress through an online portal. The goal is to rebuild the world's telecom industry and gather the most votes from the public to determine individual, operator, and continental winners.
